Carpentersの「I won’t last a day without you」です。歌詞でストレス（長くハッキリ出す母音）を打つ所を太い赤字にしてあります。曲を聴きながらストレスに注目し、ビートを打って聞きます。ストレスは、母音が長いこと、ストレスとストレスの間には、とても短い音のチャンク（まとまり）が来ることに気づく練習です。
